Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Responsibilities and duties include the following:
Provide general product information, handle complaints; answer customer questions regarding our products and making orders via:
Responsible for detailed knowledge of product line to assist customers
Responsible for accurate data entry
Respond actively and sensitively to customer issues and inquiriesHandle advanced issue resolutionProvide daily / weekly / monthly reports as required Daily clerical and general office duties
Requirements
Must have 1 to 3 years in call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience / skills
Speak, read and write fluently with proper word choice and grammar
Written skills will be tested
Clear speaking voice
Read and interpret information in catalogues and website and explain to customer
35-40 WPM typing speed - will be tested
Must be able to navigate the Internet and have good research skillsProficient with Microsoft Windows, Word and ExcelGood alpha numeric data entry skillsEnthusiastic and reliableAttention to detailAble to multi-task and follow-up timelyAble to meet deadlines and manage work efficientlyDependable team playerQuick learner and self starterMust be able to pass criminal background check if hired
