Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Responsibilities and duties include the following:

  • Provide general product information, handle complaints; answer customer questions regarding our products and making orders via:
    • Phone
    • Chat
    • E-mail
  • Responsible for detailed knowledge of product line to assist customers
  • Responsible for accurate data entry
  • Respond actively and sensitively to customer issues and inquiries
  • Handle advanced issue resolution
  • Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports as required
  • Daily clerical and general office duties
  • Requirements

  • Must have 1 to 3 years in call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience / skills
  • Speak, read and write fluently with proper word choice and grammar
  • Written skills will be tested
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Read and interpret information in catalogues and website and explain to customer
  • 35-40 WPM typing speed - will be tested
  • Must be able to navigate the Internet and have good research skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
  • Good alpha numeric data entry skills
  • Enthusiastic and reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and follow-up timely
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage work efficiently
  • Dependable team player
  • Quick learner and self starter
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check if hired
  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bonus Plan (4 to 7% target) based on company and individual performance
