Hello, I purchased emedtag with great hopes of using this product – I am on a new Mac 2.66 GHZ Duo Core Mac running 10.5.7 OSX. However, we cannot get the application to start – we keep getting an error that “The movie file cannot be found.” However, plugging the emedtag into a PC the product works fine. There is no help to be found on the website. Please help as we would like to use this and report back to our senior citizens group and publication as to whether the other members should purchase or stay away from this product.
