We're on a constant quest to educate the public about the importance of wearding a medical ID. Nothing influences more than seeing and hearing from others - like you - daily wearers of a medical ID. Would you help us? A quick video testimony on the value of a medical ID from you would be greatly appreciated. We've thrown in a prize...but do it for those who may not know how critical this step is.

A picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth ten thousand! Send ud a video of yourself, your friends or family telling us why a medical ID is important!
Grand Prize
$250 American Express gift card and a feature on our website home page! Email us your video to contest@identifyyourself.com. Or post your video to YouTube and simply email us the link to your video. Please include your name and phone number on all submissions. Contest ends May 15, 20120. Winner based upon content and originality.
