I like the design, but I don ’t like how the charm is attatched. I also think the clasp is to hard to use.

The medallion and bracelet looked very nice. However, the medallion was not attached as shown in the photos but in the middle of the chain. ALso the bracelet was too small and customer service simply said that was too bad and they could not help.

Wish I had the choice to take the emblem off the necklace and be able to put it on something else. It should tell folks that before we BUY. Now I have to go to a professional and pay to have it removed and put on a different chain instead of just being able to slide it off and put it on any chain of OUR choice...Thank you. Not sure of what I got at this time....
