The descriptions are good, but we couldn’t find a description of the chain whether it had a clasp or not. We ordered the 24 inch one, when the 20 would have been better.
As you ship internationally as well as in the US, you should include those calculations in your shipping info. Your 4-5 day rush delivery got it only as far as Canada (Toronto), but it had to travel to Vancouver, B.C., clear customs, and be sent to Vancouver Island for delivery, a total of ELEVEN days Not good.

the medallion is great but it needs a jump ring. The attachment clip is too malleable and tends to open up and allow the medallion to fall off the chain.

Tag is OK, the neck chain is very light and the clip holding the dog tag to the chain is phony----had to replace it immediating before losing the tag. I lost my wrist bracklet within the first week I had it because of light weight connectors.

I was very impressed. Even though I got the Dog Tags, I do wish (just an idea or suggestion is all this is) these were more like real Dog Tags. What I mean is that it came w/2 Dog Tags & the engraving on the back of each could be different. Plus, I wish we could order the beaded chains that Dog Tags typically come w/just in case. Love the products though & I can’t Thank You enough for all of your hard work & getting my product to me a lot earlier then expected My Doctors were impressed & will recommended you constantly now that they not only know about you but, have seen your craftsman’s ship personally They even took a picture of my necklaces & have created fliers for Patients to go to your website along w/my pic of my Dog Tags included Thank You again & Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year =)

The I D was just as it appeared in your pictures. However, you must twist the I D tag to even read it. The front of the tag, and the gold medical emblem is impressive The back, the most important is not as impressive. I believe the quality and each person’s satisfaction level would be greatly increased, if you consider dropping your price for this particular tag to 45.00 or increase the size and depth of engraving slightly, to warrant the extra 15 dollars. (just a thought)

I was very dissatisfied with the service. I had to pay extra on the postage. Then the titanium ID came with crooked engraving and the engraving was so light that you couldn’t even read it. Not to mention the fact that the titanuium ID was scratched up. Have ordered products from you before, but this time the quality was very poor.

I like that the titanium dog tag is lightweight and maintenance-free. I’ve been wearing it ever since it arrived and it looks nice and is unobtrusive. I’m not really thrilled with the look of the chain (looks cheap compared to the pendant), so I will likely replace that with a more dressy chain.

The necklace, dog-tag combination was a great price. I like the tag with the black enameling rather than red - much easier to wear with everything. The chain is too short, but I have another one.
