Thu Apr 11, 2013: I purchased this with the guardian angel charm. Charm was not sent but I contacted customer service and it was promptly shipped. Angel feet catch on everything. Large lobster claw clasp is very difficult to operate. Should have gotten toggle closure.

Fri Dec 28, 2012: I would have prefered the women’s bracelet since the ID part is a little too wide. I was called and told that all I needed engraved would not fit on the womens. Yet when I ordered the heart shaped charm the gal advised that Aspirin could be abreviated...I wasn’t told that with this bracelet.

Thu Sep 27, 2012: The bracelet met my expectations. Quality is good, and the bracelet is attractive. It is difficult to fasten and unfasten the clasp, however. The ID portion of the bracelet is heavier than the clasp and attached charm, so it rotates to a position under my wrist often. Over all I believe that it is going to be a valuable addition to my life.
