It’s everything you promised. I have multiple medical issues and the USB device makes all the details any doctor would need to treat me immediately available. Gives me peace of mind.

Excellent product and I highly recommend it. 1 GB of storage and appropriate medical questionnaires provided necessary information.
The only minor issue is that the software is not ’auto run’ and a medical tech user would need to click on the specific file in order to open the information. I am confident that will be resolved in the future.

The engraving is easy to read & done right the 1st time. By having the usb I know if I am in an accident it will have all the info they need. If someone has several medical issues this would be the to buy. It could make a difference

Love it reviews say the emblem will eventually wear off. I hope not. Maybe if it was etched instead.
I love the USB device. Have shown a lot of people and they are impressed. The only short comings are I got the longest chain and can just slip it over my head. Not sure if it can get wet so I take it off to shower. The other problem is a male thing. The edging around the unit can catch and pull chest hair so I make sure I have a t-shirt or something on lol other than that I love it and it is so easy to set up.

Only 1 question, I assume it is not waterproof. However, literature did not address this anywhere that I could find.

While it seems to work ok, I had some concerns about the software. It a password is needed to access the information on the USB, how will a medical professional be able to access the inforation in the event I wasn’t consious. I would have out down more doctors if the space was available.
