I really like my bracelet. The only issue I have is that I should have gotten a 6.5 bracelet instead of a 6 one. It’s a little hard getting off and on.

There was a knot in the bracelet that took us days to get out then I tried to see if the fit was good and the clasp is broken. I have returned it to be repaired. Haven’t been able to wear it yet and really need it for health reasons.

It was very nice and I appreciate your service. However, the price in your up-to-date brochure is very inaccurate and should be changed. Also, I did not receive the red medical alert that goes along with it, however, that was suppose to have been corrected. I am still waiting. Thanks. Overall the service was just fine.

I actually purchased 5 different bracelets.
I like them but the clasp could be larger on the gold and silver ones, I have to have someone put it on me.
