It was so easy The directions were easy to follow, and easy to fill in. The web site even gave examples of what should be on the sportband.

Very attractive, does the job, I was able to list my name and the number of my emergency contact, who has the list of all my medication.

PROBLEM WITH CLASP - ORIGINAL BROKEN. COMPANY SENT NEW BRACELET OVERNIGHT, BUT CLOSURE IS INFERIOR TO ONE PURCHASED A FEW YEARS AGO.

I purchased 2 of the sportbands for my daughter. We just recently found out that she has a tree nut allergy. The engraving was very light - hard to read, and the medal piece was put on crooked (personally it bothered me) I like the idea of the sportband and glad it was there for me to choose.

The band connector is too bulky and doesn ’t stay still. It is uncomfortable so I will probably get another one. Did not purchase silver or gold because the chains look to big. It would be nice if there was just a simple selection.

Good product but wish it was a removable ID tag so it could be interchangable with other sportbands.

We love that it ’s adjustable, and my daughter loves the bright colors. But the band seems cheaply made and it doesn ’t stay adjusted.
