I had someone carefully measure my wrist circumference, but my first bracelet was too large, and over time the pendent became scratched from rubbing on my desk. I decided to reorder a second bracelet, 1/2 smaller, but now this one won’t fit on my wrist, and is sitting in my desk drawer. What a waste of time and money.

The many different options that were available as I designed my bracelet online were extremely helpful. The slight curvature of the medallion makes the bracelet very comfortable on my wrist. The only complaint is that we specifically said not to include the receipt with the shipment and the receipt was included. She is now sending me the money for the bracelet and I intended this to be a gift. This put quite a damper on my purchase. Please check this process to see it is being followed correctly.
