Sat Feb 11, 2012: I ordered a Stainless Steel bracelet to replace the Sterling Silver one that I lost, and later found. The Stainless Steel is somewhat larger than the Silver, but is O.K., however, the engraving is still smaller than I was expecting, although I chose to use only 3 lines, and also the surface is already scratched. At least, I now have two bracelets in case I lose one again.

The engraving was too light , very difficult to read and scratched off after several days use by a 7 year old they are useless now and I have to try to re-engrave them and it has not been a month since I received them the first time I bought from you several years ago was much better and the engraving has lasted till now.
