Mine is perfect, but I use the last hole provided to secure it. I was very pleased to have received it much earlier that anticipated.

Sat Nov 19, 2011: My son really liked the bracelet. However, the engraving needs improvement. It is extremely hard to read. Maybe a little color in the engraved area??? I Feel that if there were a medical issue, that it will be really hard to read, especially with time being of importance
