Sat Apr 13, 2013: I did have to exchange the size from a small to a medium. Even though my wrist is 6 inches round (small) this wristband was still too tight. I also had a hard time trying to slide it on. But, when I called to see if I could switch to size medium, the customer service rep was wonderful. She was helpful and made me feel that it was ok to exchange and explained how easy it was to do so. My new size fits perfectly and I love the lime green color.

Wed Mar 27, 2013: I like this medical bracelet because it is casual and can be taken off and on easily. But I did have to get a larger size band to do it. I would suggest that for the price you are charging, which is not cheap, you could include 3 size bands and let the person see what feels best.
