Have also noticed that the bands may vary in size slightly, enough that when getting a size small it might be to tight so I’ve decided to purchase medium to be on the safe side.

Fri Jan 04, 2013: Great bands - inexpensive, easy-care, easy to slip on (fastening a bracelet with one hand can be time-consuming), and comfortable with no pinching of skin. Even more impressed with your customer service personnel, however - I ordered bands which ended up being too large. The customer service rep whom I spoke to on the phone made the process of exchanging these for a size smaller so easy - even sent me the replacement bands first (before I returned the too-large ones), along with a post-paid envelope for returning the others. Excellent line of products and service - delighted.

Thu Jan 10, 2013: I am satisfied with product, but there are a few colors that I as a man will never use. For example, I would bot be caught dead with a bright pink bracelet. May I suggest that you make up two versions of the color packages. One for men and the other for females.

It would be nice if you has solid color bunches, or at least a set that didn’t have girl colors. We saw the camo set, but he’s in high school, so that seemed a bit childish to him. The Representative on the phone was very kind, understanding and exchanged bands at no cost. Can you revise your order entry system to question a customer if the size they selected is correct for the additional bands?
