Thu Jan 06, 2011: Lighter in weight than I would have expected. However, engraving is readable. The heavy curb chain was too small (24 inches) and too fragile. I am exchanging it for a heavy beaded chain (28 inches). I would have preferred the heavy box chain if it were available in 27 or 28 inch length.

Sun Oct 10, 2010: I purchased this for my elderly Aunt. The necklace emblem is perfect....but the chain is just too fine. It is not practical for everyday wear. I didn’t realize I needed to purchase a different chain. Now I have to go to take her to purchase a more durable chain.

The order covered both this necklace and a steel one, this one engraved in Spanish and the steel one in English for use during visits to the US and UK, and though a couple of iterations were needed to get the engraving just right in both languages, the result was perfect. Shipment was fast and the express mail service you used delivered very quickly and with no hassle. Thank you for an excellent service all round.
