well for starters, the engraving isn’t as pronounced as i would have liked. the Red behind the emergency symbol came off within 1 day. I don’t have the luxury to return it as my son is on a time limit and ready to go on a trip so i had to color the red in myself. I am not too pleased with your product.

Band is comfortable, looks nice, and stays in place. The ID plate is a little small and forced me to abbreviate. However, this is the nicest of the 4 bracelets I have purchased from you.

I really like this product. It looks great, and it is comfortble. The snaps catch on clothes and come undone sometimes, but the information plate doesn’t fall off. Overall, I am happy with it

I purchased the leather flex band and within a day of receiving the product the leather on the snap that holds the metal plate to the band broke in half. The bracelet is worthless at this point. To say the least, not thrilled.
