As a constructive criticism and I understand that spacing is a problem with engraving, but it seems to me the name should be a larger font than the other information in order to minimize the run-on of information. Or give the customer the option to enlarge the printing he or she deems necessary.

Wed Mar 07, 2012: i love the pendant. i edited the text though but the edited version did not appear on the final product. the black leather chain was too long for me. maybe an additional feature on your necklace chains could be that the client can choose the length and maybe you can just charge a basic amount for a certain length then add charges for any adjustments on the length? I was so looking forward to wearing the pendant with the black leather chain.
