I ordered the heavy chain and was disappointed in the weight. I returned it and am waiting for the replacement of a twisted chain. I hope it is better weight than the other chain

Not sure if necklace was classic or premier as I actually purchased a few different items. This was long overdue for me as the former bracelet I used to have has been missing for a while. I’m not looking forward to any complications with my medical condition, but am very pleased to know that now no matter where I am now my medical information can be accessed if necessary. Actually, I purchased two necklaces one stainless steel to wear most of the time and the other is sterling silver to be worn on dressier occassions. Really, can’t which I likd best. I plan to order a bracelet in yhe near future.

i love the pendant. i edited the text though but the edited version did not appear on the final product. the black leather chain was too long for me. maybe an additional feature on your necklace chains could be that the client can choose the length and maybe you can just charge a basic amount for a certain length then add charges for any adjustments on the length? I was so looking forward to wearing the pendant with the black leather chain.

I’m happy with my necklace. I ordered a bracelet as well but the St. Christopher medal was attached, facing backwards. I haven’t had a chance to see whether I can have the medal attached correctly (turned around) so it faces out, not in. Otherwise, I’m happy with the bracelet as well.
