The wording was wrong on the back side, so I did the Live chat help & was told it would be corrected & a new one sent out. I’ve already received it & it is worded correctly. We are all human, so we make mistakes & I appreciate the fast service. I’m impressed with the Live Chat Help. Keep up the good work

The bracelet is comfortable, durable, the IHR info is detailed and easily updated. I’ve been wearing it 24/7 and LOVE my purchase. I wish the package of 8 extra silicone bands included WHITE instead of black, since you can buy it with the black band. I recommended this site to my Dad.

I actually purchased the Stainless Steel Lg Silicone Flex with MyIHR Access and it was exactly what I was expecting. The engraving was perfect in all areas that was engraved.

Very clear engraving on the ID. I like the fact that the bracelet does not move a lot on the wrist and the bands are interchangable.
