Sat Dec 29, 2012: The bracelet that I bought is perfect - I had a necklace. I needed the bracelet for a cruise I am going on and didn’t want the necklace to distract from my neckline with some of my dresses or go without notification. I had surgery for esthesioneuroblastoma late in 2010 and have a weaker situation between my sinus and brain and want to make sure no one inputs any nasal tubes in case of emergency. With the bracelet, I can still have the identification and look nice. I know it wasn’t expensive but I couldn’t afford something better. Thank you again for being there.

Sun Sep 30, 2012: My husband and I purchased both the charm bracelet and the 14K Gold necklace after seeing the forms at our local pharmacy. I recently had to call the emergency ambulance to transport me to the hospital as he was out of town. The ambulance attendant started asking me questions upon which I showed him both my necklace and bracelet to obtain the information. The attendant was so impressed, he asked me where I had gotten them as they were curious. I advised him that I believed they should carry the forms with them and provide them to their patients. When I see my doctor next week, I will take copies of the forms to him also and tell him of my experience with the ambulance service attendants. Maybe I can convince him to keep the forms on the counter for his clients. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you of my experience with medical id products.
