The plate is nice but the band is too big to wear and now I have to look into replacing it. I wish there was some kind of online wrist measuring tool I could have used before purchase.

Works very well for my toddler; he loves choosing a different color band everyday. The stainless steel plate scratches very easily, though, and the words don’t show up as well as I’d hoped. But we are happy overall.

I couldn’t see the red color that was supposed to be on the medical emblem on the bracelet. I called to complain and was sent another bracelet. It was the same as the first bracelet. Your staff was very helpful and accommodating and I have no complaints in that regard.

I like it. I do worry a bit that it won’t be used by med. professionals in an emergency since gel bracelets are so popular. But I like the look and price.

My 15 year old son loves the bracelet and has no complaints wearing it. This is actually my 2nd order because I decided to add my phone number to the metal tag. My son is in high school and participates in sports. I wanted others to know how to contact me quickly if a medical issue came up. I was disappointed I could only add my cell number and not ICE or Mom . I wish there was more room for information.

very minimalistic, not over powering. just what he needed. also liked that it was rubber--he could wear it to work without huge paranoid fear of electrical conductivity (yes I know there is metal on it, but not made entirely of it)

I love that my Granddaughter’s name and other information is written small and not too noticeable unless you need to be looking for this information. She appears to be liking the bracelet. She is only 3 years old and has been taking this whole thing very well to our surprise. She is a girly-girly so this bracelet is the fun part. She also likes necklaces. We will be buying more from you as the years go by-glad we found you. Thanks

It seems to be a good quality product, my daughter is sensitive to metals so I was thrilled to find a silicone band. The band I ordered was too big for my small child, I called and received a smaller replacement at no charge within a week.
