Much heavier than need be. Embossed military tags that are expected to survive combat would be too light, though sufficient. A compromise is in order. Would much prefer to see a ss split ring over the open link.
Why on earth you don’t support the ampersand @ is a mystery. That’s the most reliable way to reach many of the people who qualify to be listed as ICE.

The dog tag is great, the charm is very small and the wire that holds them together is open at both ends and catches on the hair on my chest. the chain could be 3 inches or so longer.’

I bought your product through my daughter’s request. She found your form at her allergist’s office. She has been looking for a med-alert jewelry that is of high quality. Her past med-alert jewelry either broke or were not up to high standard. She and I are very pleased with the dog tag. The medal is of high quality, the engraving is legible and most of all it is a beautiful piece of jewelry even if it is a med-alert item.

It says what it should - so Iam sure it will be a helpful ID with necessary medical info. The reason I gave it a 3 is that it’s utilitarian, not something special, nor was it supposed to be.
