The words are a bit hard to read on the back of the necklace. I don’t know if it is because the silver is oxidized or if the engraving is not deep enough.

Okay product but was somewhat disappointed with the chain. I ordered the heavier one but it is in my opinion to dainty for a male user. The chain also has a tendency to kink . Will probably replace it elsewhere.

I like the ID. I did not like the chain. It seems to be made for a woman, very fine. You need to offer a chain that fits over the head and not have a clasp.
I ended up purchasing a 30 stainless steel endless chain from a local store and have a jeweler attach.

Disappointing. Purchased the longest length offered 24 inches. I cannot slip it over my head. I have to disconnect it every time. Very inconvenient. Why don’t you offer a 26 inch length? I would be willing to pay extra for it.

I loved the oval titanium medalion, but I wish the engraving was easier to read. You have to get it in the right light to read it. Also, I was not happy with the beaded chain. I want to know if I can exchange the chain for something of better quality? Is this where I should ask that question?

Perfect..I was able to fit all information on the back. My 7 yr old twins each needed one. They wear it daily. Pouch is a nice place to store it while they are sleeping and easy to spot when looking for it in the morning

The inscriptions I wanted are clearly marked. My doctor checked it last Friday to be certain the important portion was clearly inscribed. He was pleased. My only concern is this - I wanted the 28 long chain but received the 20 length without explanation. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product and will probably order another type of ID, perhaps a bracelet. Thanks.

The engraved side of the pendant was not polished,it looked like it was surface ground. after wearing for two days you couldn’t read it. I have ordered several pendants of the same type from you before , none were finished like this one. I sent it back to you to get re-finished.
