I love this. It looks like a normal bracelet or small watch. Love having less engraving all over it, and only requires a look inside for FULL history & info. The hatch tends to open too easily but I’ll try to McGyver it back to perfect. My second purchase of this, and only because after a few years the expansion band started twisting & falling apart. Love love love it and if the info hatch could be made to click-closed and the expansion band lasted longer, I would be sheer perfection. )

Only concern is that if it accidently opens that all of the medical info folded up waterproof paper will fall out,

The braclet I got for me is great. The one i got for my husband needs to be bigger but otherwise is good. I did however expect them to be bigger.

I have a very small (5 ) wrist and I was prepared for the expansion bracelet to be waaaaaay too large, but it is not too big to wear. The looks of the bracelet are very good and the engraving is fine. I just hope there is no nickle under the stainless as the chat person said. So far, it is the best medical ID item I’ve ever had.

I have had it only a week or so but am pleased with the looks of it. It is a little loose once it is on, but I need the size so it does not stretch out too soon from going over the wrist. It would be nice to have one braclet in the gold and silver coloring together so it could be worn with either gold or silver jewlry.

It is a very good wristband but I do wish it was like one I had ordered for my daughter before. That one has all the info inscribed on the inside and was less likely to be lost.

Very good quality, but the band is too big for my wrist and no way to adjust it. Otherwise it is a nice piece of jewelry and the identity part is very easy to read. Just wish it was smaller.

I was happy to see that you had a expandable rubber wristband. My wrist measured a size 6. I have purchased bracelets in the past and I have always taken a size 6, however, this particular wristband is very tight and I had a hard time getting it on my wrist. I purchase a pack of different colored bands but I don’t think I’ll use them because of the fact it is too difficult to get the bracelet off.

Right now I’m totally satisfied with the purchase. The ad says it’s waterproof inside. I hope that’s the case, because I occasionally take it off when showering. And I’m also a volunteer fireman and it could get wet at a fire or training ground.

I was concerned with size of bracelet, so I called your rep. to discuss my concerns. He assured me that it would work fine(smallest size available) but it is by far to large. I have to wear it half way up my arm. I will probably order amother bracelet just not an expansion bracelet so I can get a better fit. Like the product and the price.

Very disappointed in the print. Should be in black to be easily read. The engraved letters are very hard to read as no contrast. I replaced my old one as it had the same type print, thougth the new one would be an improvment.

The expansion band fits well, and the engraved info is correct. The only issue is the red coloring in the symbol has already started coming off, and I’ve only had the product for 2 weeks.

The bracelet was of good quality, maintaines a shiney appearance, and the engraving is good and readable. The only thing I didn’t like was the insert. My handwriting is very bad and so I ordered an engraved metal insert from another company. You should consider offering this engraved metal insert, too.
