The best thing about this product is that it no longer requires the user to maintain records in the company's cloud in a format intended for lay people and of little use to first responders or emergency departments. It's essentially just a flash drive on which you can copy any compatible files (I would recommend pdf). As a healthcare professional, I was able to load the dogtag with the records that first responders and emergency departments actually need in the concise order needed. Don't forget to include the front and back sides of your primary and secondary insurance cards.
The only negative is that the engraving was filled in with black ink on the previous product so it could be easily discerned. The absence of ink on the new one makes it difficult to impossible to see unless the lighting is available and it's held at the right angle. A first responder could miss the fact that it contains a UBS connection.

i was running one day... after about 2.5 miles i heard a metallic sound. at the time... i didn't know what caused the metallic sound. i thought i kicked a piece of metal. i didn't noticed the dog tag was broken. until the next day. 24 hours after discovering the problem with the dog tag... i went for another run... retracing the path of my run 2 days earlier. when i arrived at the 2.5 mile point... i realized the metallic sound was caused by he dog tag falling apart. i looked for the missing piece for about 15 minutes but i couldn't find it.

The bathtub stopper chain sent is is too short even though I ordered the longest one offered. The engraving is so faint that I had to fill in the engraving with black enamel to make it readable. The thumb drive connection is not the best but given the thinness of the pendant it can't have the proper USB connector. I wear it all the time except for showering because it does not interfere with my activities like the bracelet. Overall it's OK but I wish is was a little better for the money.

Really sturdy unit, had an identical necklace for 8 years. Logo was worn off before year one ended and I had to engrave a logo on it so someone would know what it was.

The product looks good and is a great Idea. But the program to load medical data is outdated.It doesn't adjust to the screen resolution. Medical ID recommends to adjust your screen to a lower resolution.I'm sure the emergency room DR. will do that when they try and read your information.
The program had limits on how much information can be placed in a field like medications it only allowed 3 for me. What I did was formatted the usb stick, entered my data in an excel table saved it as a PDF and put it on the usb stick.

just arrived yesterday and I already love it. I love the fact that I can add a lot of details via the USB drive. Very clever. The 28 inch chain easily fits over my head and is discrete being worn under my shirt or top. All in all exactly what I was looking for
