I had previously purchased this same design in stainless steel. It became discolored with daily wear so I ordered the nicer sterling bracelet. The clasp broke on the 3rd day. I wore these 24/7 and kept them clean. I called customer service to report this. The representative suggested another bracelet that is flatter and sturdier. When I told him about the stainless product, he said they would send replacements for both products. The new items arrived when promised. Their responsiveness to this issue will keep me coming back as a customer if I need to update my medical IDs.
