I like the flexibility of the band and not having to fiddle with a clasp to put it on. The medallion has a nice substanial feel and clean, crisp engraving.

Very high quality - the only issue that I had is that I don’t think anyone looking at the bracelet would know that there was information on the back. There should be an arrow or some note noting additional information on back so that people looking at the band know to look at the back.

This great, easy, don’t realize I’m wearing it for the most part. However, I didn’t realize that the size of the tag would be so big on my little wrist. I purposely chose the larger one in order to have more info on it. But, It’s great.

This product is what I expected. Quality is good,Its just somtimes the snap comes undone for whatever reason,could be either side. This only happens rarely,maybe it just needs time for the leather to stretch.Other than that I loved it.

The leather strap rubs off on your skin leaving brown coloring behind. It serves its purpose, but I am disappointed in the strap.

The only reason I did not give a five rating is because one of the snaps on the band was defective, however, I called customer service and they are shipping out a new band. They were great in assisting me with this problem. Other than that issue the bands are great. My son had stopped wearing his id but these are a little more stylish and he wears them everyday.

Very nice, however the band is a bit too large. I should have ordered the 7 size. It would have been helpful to have some information on ordering the elastic band, which differs from a band/chain that does not stretch. Also, I owed postage of 1.21 to the post office for delivery.

The bracelet is a bit larger than I expected but I okay with that. My main concern was that the snaps would not stay closed but I remedied that problem by placing a drop of clear nail polish on the snap and holding it closed a minute. Customer Service with your company is exceptional.
