So far, I love this bracelet. It is very beautiful and looks like an expensive bracelet. It really was all I expected and more. Looks better in person. I have had many compliments on it and people said they didn't even notice that it was a medical alert bracelet. It was a little large and I had to take our one link. Wasn't too difficult, just glad I had the small tools to make the adjustment.
